Park Hills Picnic Information
| Dear Park Hills High School Alumni and friends, You are invited to attend an informal picnic for Park Hills High School alumni, former students, teachers, and families. We hope that this will be an occasion to see former classmates from many different classes, renew old friendships, and make new ones. *What: Park Hills High School Alumni BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) Picnic *Where: Community Park East, 691 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd. (next to the high school) at picnic shelter # 1 (medium-sized shelter; can be seen from the road) *When: Saturday, July 22, 2000, Noon - 5:00 pm *Why: A few Park Hills alumni from the classes of '82 and '83 have been discussing the unfortunate fact that we don't see the people we went to school with, except for every five or ten years at class reunions (which excludes everyone from other classes), or at funerals. It was thought that someone should organize something informal that included all Park Hills alumni, but would not take much time for anyone to plan. So here it is. I've reserved picnic shelter #1 from noon until 5:00 for people to come with their families and friends, bring your lunch or dinner, meet up with old friends and acquaintances, maybe play some volleyball or take a walk, and just have fun! A charcoal grill is available at the shelter if anyone wants to use it. I will provide table cloths and paper plates. Donations of other supplies would be appreciated. ****Unfortunately, alcohol is not allowed at the park, so I must request that people don't bring any beer or any other legal or illegal mood-altering substances with them!**** *Please spread the word to the people you have contact

possible. The shelter seats about 75; if it looks like they'll be many more, I may be able
